The PUCO anticipates ruling on the company's modified "ESP II" application sometime this summer. Customers may provide input on the plan at local public hearings scheduled in Canton, Chillicothe, Columbus and Lima.

In March, DP&L filed a proposal to replace its current electric security plan that expires at the end of the year with a new plan called a market rate offer.
